Vendor Information

  • Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All applications are subject to review and approval.

  • Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own booths.

  • Vendors must comply with all event rules and policies.

  • Only approved vendors may conduct sales during the event.

  • Anyone selling collectibles, trading cards, memorabilia, toys, comics, gaming products, or other hobby-related merchandise is welcome to apply.

  • Complete the Vendor Application form. Our team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps.

  • Booth pricing is provided after your application has been reviewed. Please complete the Vendor Application for additional information.

  • Vendors will have time to setup Fridays from 12pm to 3pm when doors open.

    Teardown will be on Sunday from 9pm to 12am when doors are closed.

    Please note that you will not be allowed to stay after 12am.

  • No. All merchandise must comply with Miami Collectible Show's vendor policies and be approved for the event.

  • Yes. Free parking is available for all approved vendors.
